I don’t ever review stuff but if your thinking about getting an electric bike, get this one. I have a suspended license so getting back and forth legally is hard. I’ve put about 70 miles on it already and it’s great, the battery last’s a long time. I take it to and from work and appts daily. I bought an extra battery too but I don’t ever even use it. it’s a solid bike especially for the price. If your on the fence about it, get it for sure, I absolutely love it. Trust me.

My initial ride on this bike was great, rode three miles with zero issues, just wish the brakes were a little stronger, maybe they can be adjusted, but overall very impressive.

Bike is good for casual use on paved trails. When we first received it, we did take it into the mountains and it worked well up and down the steep grades.
We ran into some issues with the bike and worked with customer service to resolve. I am happy with the final solution of their customer service team, so in the end, I felt like they took care of and backed their product.
