I’ve had very little issues with this, and their support has been amazing. I had any issue. crashed and broke the headlight? they sent a headlight so I could replace it. Brake pads going bad? sent a free pair of pads including a whole new brake caliper. Support Couldn’t be any better.

This bike was my second one ever, so i’m not very experienced, but here’s an amateur bike rider’s thoughts!
First off, the shipping was very fast. It came in 2 days for me, way faster than the amazon estimate, but may be longer depending on where you are located. The bike was very easy to assemble using the video guide in the description. The battery life is OK. Overall very good bike, worth the price!

It has enough power to get you up hills and get a great speed on flat surfaces and the battery life is pretty great. Only charge mine once a week and I ride it to work and back every day. About a mile a half each way.

I have to say I was somewhat skeptical at first based on the cost of some E-bikes. Now let me preface by saying I have only had the bike for a week at this point and did my first ride to work today. The ride was smooth and quick it’s only about 6 miles, but I used the throttle the whole way and I used one bar on the battery gauge. So I am certain if I wanted oi could do a round trip on one charge using throttle only.

Not only is the bike easy to assemble and great quality, their customer service is next level! Upon installation, I needed assistance and they were there. Since I’ve needed them twice. I’ve always had a response within 24 hrs. They truly stand by their product. That alone will make me recommend them to everyone.

The bike arrived and I put it together. It looks beautiful. The front brake needed adjustment and customer service sent me a video that explained how to do the adjustment and it is perfect now. I love my ebike.

I bought two bikes almost 2 months ago and they have been great! Definitely worth the money for an e-bike. 20mph might not seem like a lot for some people but for someone who just wants to cruise on a bike and not have to pedal, 20mph is more than enough.
It might seem intimidating looking at the reviews and realizing there is no installing guide but it’s pretty simple to install. Took me about 30 minutes and my younger siblings about the same time to do the second bike.

This bike is fantastic! So far. I road it for the first time today. I live on 5 extremely steep hills and it hasn’t had an issue at all! It took the hills like a champ!!! I bought it so I can easily keep up with my wonderful children and for family bike rides!

This has been a great ebike. It is easy to set up with plenty of documentation, and has pretty good battery life. So far, I have not run into cold weather being a factor for the battery, I highly recommend it!

Overall it’s a really great bike and I highly recommend it. I’ve been frustrated with bus schedules since they are for some reason always delayed and I have to rely on them to get to school or work I’ve been taking the train now but it’s a 40min walk to get to the A-line(California) so this bike will definitely cut my time to 15 mins so I’ll never have to be late again.
